1. First of all, visit the official website: https://student.nielit.gov.in/
2. Now, at the right bottom side, you have an option ‘Apply Online’ as shown in the pic below.
3. You get 5 sections in the next screen. Please look at the ‘IT Literacy Program’ section and click ‘Course on Computer Concepts (CCC)‘.
4. You will get all the dates for submitting an online fee and also exam dates on the next screen.
5. Please Tick mark on the declaration and Click on ‘I Agree & proceed’.
6. Now, you need to fill all your basic and qualification details in the on-screen form.
7. Fill the captcha at the bottom of the form and make a tick mark on the declaration section and submit.
8. After filling the online form, the next step is to submit a fee online and you can do it from its official website.

1. Please visit official NIELIT CCC website
2. Look at the right bottom side and click on ‘Download Admin Card‘.
3. Please have a look at the ‘IT Literacy Program’ tab and click ‘Course on Computer Concepts (CCC)‘.
4. Now, you need to fill your details to download the admit card for your CCC online test in Hindi or English.
5. After entering all the details, click on ‘View’.
6. Done! You can take a print out of your CCC admit card.
